The Model 400 is a finely crafted cello made for players interested in the look, feel, and warmth of a seasoned instrument.  Featuring an attractive hand-rubbed oil varnish finish, the Model 400 has a solid carved Spruce top and figured Maple back and sides for a warm, smooth and round tone.

This is an easy-to-play cello that will bring years of enjoyment to any cellist.  This model captures the essence of the great Italian masters and offers a diverse range of beautiful tonal qualities.

• Uniquely hand-rubbed oil varnish finish with an antique aesthetic
• Solid carved Spruce top and figured Maple back and sides with clean workmanship
• Set up by our luthiers with a Rock Maple bridge. Equipped with Larsen A & D, Spirocore G & C strings.
